CONGRESSMAN JOE MORELLE HIGHLIGHTS SMALL BUSINESS WEEK

(Rochester, NY) – This week, America celebrates its proud history of entrepreneurship through National Small Business Week. In recognition of the occasion, Rep. Morelle payed tribute to the vital role that small businesses play in serving the American economy.

99.9% of all businesses in the country are small businesses, including 2.2 million in New York State. Over half of Americans own or work for a small business, accounting for 2 out of every 3 jobs in the country.
