Highlights local Caribbean Americans who have gone above and beyond to serve Rochester
(Rochester, N.Y.)—Today, Congressman Joe Morelle recognized Caribbean American Heritage Month by partnering with local leaders to highlight the outstanding contributions of Rochester’s Caribbean Americans community. Congressman Morelle recognized honorees with official statements he submitted to the Congressional Record celebrating their achievements and profound impact on the lives of others.
