Highlights local Hispanic Americans who have gone above and beyond to serve Rochester

(Rochester, N.Y.)—Today, Congressman Joe Morelle recognized Hispanic Heritage Month by partnering with local leaders to highlight the outstanding contributions of Rochester’s Hispanic community. Congressman Morelle recognized honorees with official statements he submitted to the Congressional Record, celebrating their achievements and profound impact on the lives of others. 

“As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, I’m proud to honor these remarkable individuals, and the many ways Hispanic Americans continue to shape our community,” said Congressman Joe Morelle. “Here in Rochester and across the nation, Hispanic Americans have cultivated a vibrant culture, rich history, and lasting influence on our communities. This month, we honor their heritage and celebrate the resilience, compassion, and determination of these remarkable individuals who continue to inspire us all.” 

Congressman Morelle presented 5 honorees with official statements to the Congressional Record, highlighting their achievements and contributions to our community.
