CONGRESSMAN JOE MORELLE HONORS LOCAL VIETNAM VETERANS

Recognizes local veterans’ service and sacrifice
(Rochester, N.Y.)—Today, Congressman Joe Morelle recognized local Vietnam Veterans by presenting them with the Vietnam War Commemoration Lapel Pin in honor of their service.
“It is a privilege to recognize Rochester’s Vietnam War veterans and express our community’s deep appreciation for their extraordinary service and sacrifice,” said Congressman Joe Morelle. “These brave men and women answered the call to serve our nation, yet far too many returned home without the gratitude and recognition they had rightfully earned. Today, we have an opportunity to help right that wrong and reaffirm our unwavering commitment to those who have worn our nation’s uniform.
