CONGRESSMAN JOE MORELLE HONORS TRAILBLAZING WOMEN IN OUR COMMUNITY DURING WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH
To close Women’s History Month, Morelle highlights women who have gone above and beyond to serve the Rochester community
(Rochester, N.Y.)—Today, Congressman Joe Morelle hosted his first Women’s History Month Recognition Ceremony, honoring outstanding women from across the Rochester community whose leadership, service, and dedication have made a lasting impact on the lives of others.
“As we close out Women’s History Month, we recognize the women who strengthen our community every single day,” said Congressman Joe Morelle. “Here in Rochester, we are fortunate to be surrounded by leaders, caregivers, educators, and advocates, some whose contributions are widely known, and others who work quietly behind the scenes. Each of today’s honorees reflects the very best of our community through their compassion, service, and commitment to others. We are grateful for all they do to move our community forward.”
