The legislation, which is named for local Medal of Honor recipient Gary Beikirch, ensures the surviving spouses of these brave veterans can receive the full benefits for which they qualify.

The Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxins Act (or Honoring our PACT Act) has now passed both the House and Senate and now heads to the President’s desk for his signature.
