The Reach Every Veteran in Crisis Act requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to improve the operation, oversight, and evaluation of its suicide prevention media outreach campaigns.

(Rochester, NY) – Today, Congressman Joe Morelle announced that $3.4 million in funding from the National Cancer Institute (NCI) has been awarded to the University of Rochester Wilmot Cancer Institute over a five-year period. This grant will fund critical cancer treatment research, making NCI-supported clinical trials more accessible to patients.
