(Washington, D.C.) – Today, Congressman Joe Morelle voted for a comprehensive $8.3 billion supplemental appropriations bill to address the Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health crisis. This emergency funding includes support for vaccine development, aid for state and local governments and health agencies, and assistance for affected small businesses.

(Rochester, NY) – Today, Congressman Joe Morelle announced that $830,000 in funding has been awarded to local organizations to support affordable housing initiatives in Rochester. $480,000 has been awarded to PathStone Corporation and $350,000 to NeighborWorks® Community Partners by NeighborWorks America, a national organization that strives to support community development and affordable housing challenges in urban, suburban and rural areas.

The President failed to use the State of the Union address to demonstrate true leadership and to articulate a clear vision for our nation. Instead, he gave the American people lip service and platitudes.
